Change: USB CI: Handling completely rewritten. Should work with any DVB-Device / USB CI

(Hauppauge/terratec) combination.

Change: Channeleditor: right click selects the underlying entry.

Change: Channeleditor: click outside the channellist deselects the last selection. important for export.
